STSA members gave an outstanding showing at the World Environmental and Water Resources Congress in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The STSA group gave six presentations describing equitable access to safe and affordable water, synthetic water distribution systems models, outdoor water use detected from smart meter data, transitions to dual water systems, and new devices to measure water end uses.
